Real Tiramisu @passion8dessertcafe {💸 $14.5 } Milk Shaved Ice is taking Vancouver by storm❄️. This snow mountain of fluffiness is topped with a square of homemade tiramisu, circled by chocolate shavings and dusted with cocoa powder. Be careful to not inhale while eating – you will choke on the cocoa… It’s served with a shot of espresso, which shot be poured after some of the tiramisu is eaten; otherwise, it’ll flow off the cake like it’s hydrophobic. * Rating: 4/5 *

Already, I’m back at @passion8dessertcafe – this time having their Mango Bongo Snow Mountain {💸 $11 }. Fresh sliced mango with homemade cheesecake and vanilla ice cream (or chocolate, but who would pick that? 🙅🏻♂️). Topped with a dehydrated orange that’s not only for decoration, but actually tastes like a creamsicle if paired with the ice cream. How many of these will I eat before summer ends??… 🤷🏻♀️
