Oolong Tea Soft Serve + mini bubbles @barpatea
Matcha has ruled the asian ice cream π¦game for far too long… Oolong tea is less earthy than matcha π΅, so it tastes a lot lighter. I actually preferred it to matcha. And who would’ve thought that chewy bubble tea pearls would work so well with ice cream?! I chose the mini ones as a topping – you can also choose regular sized and for them to be on the bottom (although I’m not sure why you would want that π€). All the pearls are made fresh every two hours
