Perfectly cooked egg π₯ with good yolk flow. The moist pork had a subtle sweetness, unlike most typical BBQ pulled porks π½. The crust of the housemade bread π was difficult to cut through with the butter knivesπ΄… so I tried eating it with my hands ππΎ, and then proceeded to plop my egg on table. 5 second rule tho.
My ultimate technique was skewering everything with my fork only π’. The pickled red onions weren’t too acidic, and actually lent some sweetness. FYI – charmoula is a marinade used in Moroccan cooking, which commonly includes garlic, cumin, coriander, oil, lemon juice and salt… it was just yummy π€€
