ARC Brisket Hash { 
$24 } smoked brisket 
, pickled cabbage, arugula, baby potatoes, mustard, poached eggs 
and hollandaise on the side.
Lots of great flavour from all the ingredients 
, but I only wish there was more brisket 
. The meat to potato ratio was wayyy off 
. I know eating at hotels is expensive, but they should at least have better portions to give a little bit more value. By the end of it, there were over half a dozen of potato chunks without anything else to eat… #carbload
