To me, tacos are like hot pockets for adults. They’re quick, simple and tasty. Of course, hot pockets can’t match the quality provided by freshly-made tacos, especially at La Taqueria on Cambie St.
hippoCHAN and I decided to hit up La Taqueria for lunch since they usually have a lunch special. BUT! I overheard another group of people ahead of us talking about a Wednesday special… 6 tacos for the price of 4. WUUUUUUT! YAAAAAAS! Even better :D
To be honest, I didn’t know which taco was which, but I didn’t care because they all tasted awesome. However, some people may find the double tortilla a little too much. I thought it was okay since it help hold in all the filling without getting soggy.

Taco. Taco. Taco. Taco. Taco. Taco. hippoCHAN got them in a takeout box because she thought that she couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. I ate them later, LOL.
ADD the sauces! My faves were the salsa verde and habanero. Don’t be afraid to mix them together too :)
