Immunity Boosting.

So it’s that time of the year again… That’s right: the time when it’s cold, wet and dark before 6!

As a university student, work tends to pile up. So what’s a guy to do? Stay healthy, of course! If you’ve ever had a cold during a midterm exam, you know it sucks. Just imagine, sniffling and snorting your boogers and mucus back up your nose just so your exam stays dry. I don’t know about you guys, but I feel so bad whenever I sniffle during exams because I find it so distracting… But, with so many sick people around you, it’s hard not to catch something.

One thing you can do is to simply eat foods that will bolster your immune system. Here’s something I wrote for a dietitian that I’m volunteering for: it’s all about – you guessed it … – immunity boosting! Enjoy!
