Sicalatielli con Cozze { 💸 $20 } @eatalydowntown – housemade Neapolitan-style pasta with mussels, white wine, garlic, chill flakes and parsley.

With such simple ingredients, every flavour has a presence without overshadowing each other. The pasta had a nice chew like one of those thicker hand-pulled Chinese noodles 🍜. I also liked how the mussels came without the shell so they were easier to eat #lazy 😅

Capricciosa { 💸 $19 } @eatalydowntown – tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala, prosciutto cotto, mushroom, artichokes and olives 🍕.

The sauce and cheese were good, but the dough was so soggy that it was difficult to eat without all the toppings sliding off. Didn’t really like how the olives were so huge; I thought they would’ve been chopped up.
