ARC Brisket Hash { ๐ธ $24 } smoked brisket ๐ฎ, pickled cabbage, arugula, baby potatoes, mustard, poached eggs ๐ฅand hollandaise on the side.
Lots of great flavour from all the ingredients ๐, but I only wish there was more brisket ๐คค. The meat to potato ratio was wayyy off โ๏ธ. I know eating at hotels is expensive, but they should at least have better portions to give a little bit more value. By the end of it, there were over half a dozen of potato chunks without anything else to eatโฆ #carbload
